Imagine a bank manager sending everyone home due to a water leak, but stays behind and you see him on camera moving boxes around and the next morning $500,000 are missing, he would be arrested and some explaining to do.

More appropriately there wouldn't be 500k missing, it would just be shifted from someone else's account to another with the other person trying to cash out the account before anyone figured out
