The presenter states that the two women in yellow are working at the tabulators (or scanners) which are the black desks by the windows. She also says that there are three of them.
But then what are the large white things which they cover with cloth before they kick everyone out? They sure look like scanners to me, and there are four of them (two are in two screens so it looks like more on the cameras.)
I can't tell what they are doing in the back there. Maybe they have machines, or not. Maybe they are not tabulating late into the night, but fabricating (or filtering) ballots to match the necessary vote counts.
