If Trump triggers the insurrection Act over foreign and domestic interference to our electoral process, that Act gives Trump a seriously indefinite amount of time to to deal with the issue. He doesn't go anywhere until the Act is turned off. Neither Courts nor Congress can force him out or deny his bidding, for any reason.
Well, there hasn't been a peaceful transition of power after being elected in 2016. Not sure of the law exactly but, doesn't that mean he can be president until 2032? 16 years of Trump?
