If Trump triggers the insurrection Act over foreign and domestic interference to our electoral process, that Act gives Trump a seriously indefinite amount of time to to deal with the issue. He doesn't go anywhere until the Act is turned off. Neither Courts nor Congress can force him out or deny his bidding, for any reason.
