Hierarchies of competence aren't racist. To imply that black people are lower on those hierarchies is. It is a fact that black people have very very slightly lower IQ than average, but that doesn't make it fair to generalize all of them as falling into lower hierarchies of competence.
Atlanta proper only covers about a county and a third. The metro area is ridiculously spread out and the demographic for the whole area is a lot different than that.
People in Government jobs do not actually produce anything.... and they have zero competition.... and actually can not be fired, ever.
