The data alterations are done on a separate computer and brought back to be read by the Dominion machine. Makes it harder to trace, even if you seize a Dominion machine. This is by design.
I bet this USB has a list of registered voters to mark off in the poll book as having voted.
If they just scan 20,000 Biden votes after kicking everybody out then there's more votes than voters. So to prepare for this they sort the registered voters by longest without voting, cut off the top 20,000, and put on USB to later mark as voted.
This is why they stop counting fake votes after 2 hours, they got through the number they added to the poll book and were done.
Yeah, this makes the entire argument, that poll books match the number of votes kind of redundant. It's not like the pollbook is a physical book you have to fill out by hand, it's just another excel spreadsheet you can fuck with in any way you want in seconds.

Look, I think all of this is shady. But literally what if this was just a tampon? Hopefully some questions are being asked of these two. They are acting weird no doubt but let's see what else comes out here. Just some prudence.

I don't know. I'm up late as fuck speculating just as you. I watched the video at 1 frame a second 500% zoomed in. I clearly could tell the lady on the left pulled the object out of her purse, that can be seen.
I find it shady the skinny white dude is in front of the camera. I think their movements are shady and everything else.
However, we can't tell its a usb. I don't know enough about this process to determine at what point the lady would even get access to a USB that contains any data.
Watching her other streams I can't imagine she could even figure out how to use a USB.
But yes it looks shady.
I wish we had more video, the entire damn center had to have videos all through out. I helped set up a 100 camera system in a building once with software and just about every angle was covered except inside the bathrooms, and it was no where near as important as the State Farm Arena.
I wish they'd release 48 hours of the entire center and all the streams.

Some speculated it was a dominion guy working on a laptop. If there was video of that guy on a laptop in the center as a dominion staffer that'd be great.
