From watching the video, does it seem at all like they LEFT some suitcases down there? Does it seem like they calibrated just how many they needed?

Dominion tells them how many fake votes to add in.

They don't want to add too many fake votes because every fake vote has to be assigned to a registered voter who is dead or doesn't usually vote. And the more they mess with the poll book the greater the chance of getting caught.
