Something makes a bell ring for me. They say they are outside of the US, so they can't get in trouble by our government. If that is the case, and they are outside of the US, why do they care about their very strict NDA?
I guess from a legal standpoint, the company she worked with can bring her to court. It wouldn't make for a strong case I don't think. Sueing a person for saying something about a company that is in another country? It would be an interesting case!

I caught that too, but assumed that was with their own company overseas. Surely, the US isn't the only country with such things?
