Starting to get frustrated that nothing has come out of this video. But this video just came out, so willing to give it 24 hours.

How the fuck is this not a smoking gun? Could there be any legitimate reason for this?

They make the poll watchers go away along with most of the other staff. Pull out a hidden stash of 98% Biden votes, count them in secret, and go home. You tell me.

Is this the same place that had the phony "water pipe leak" and stopped the counting and sent people home?

It is the same place but according to the hearing today the times weren't related. The water leak came earlier in the day and had no real affect.

How it became a media story on "burst pipe halts election" who knows, could be misinformation deliberate, or accidental, or just smoke.

The poll watchers testified they were told they were done counting for the night (which has never happened on election night, it wasn't even that late like 11pm? and they'd resume in the morning. From the hearing, none of them said it was because of a pipe burst.

But the reported pipe burst that halted voting was at this location.

Note that according to Georgia law, poll watchers need not be present during count. Only an Election Supervison is required to be present.

IF there was a Supervisor there, then it is legal to count those ballots without poll observers.

Yes I saw your other reply.

However, I'll concede to you that may be the case.

Would you consider that they are allowed to be there right? And you'd consider they were possibly told they was no more counting going on tonight until 9am and to leave right? And would you consider they lied to get them out of there so they could do some shady shit?

I don't know what happened there. But they testified they were told counting was done and they had to go.

So they left. Counting continued.

You can still have fraud even if GA law doesn't require them to have poll watchers to count. Deliberate misinformation to get poll watchers to leave so they could do some shady shit isn't good regardless of the law saying its not necessary.

However, I don't know if thats the case, its just what the witnesses are testifying to under oath. And it sure did look suspicous that so many people all left at once.

The (R) and (D) observers are definitely allowed to be there under Georgia law. But they are not required to be there for the count to proceed. Pennsylvania law does require observers present for the count. Georgia does not. Georgia law requires only a Supervisor be present.

It MAY be the case that they sent them home thinking the count was done and then found these ballots under the table. IF a Supervisor was present then those ballots could be legally counted.

If no Supervisor was there, those counted ballots are illegal.

Of course your theory is also possible. The observers were sent home so fraud could be commited.

I don't think so, they just told everyone they were done counting and would start again at 8am.

Its hard to say, if they are truly ballots and they are just scanning them in, and there is a Republican poll watcher there, then I think that is what it is.

However, the witnesses all say they were thrown out, there was no Republican watcher there. The other side to this is they say is they weren't thrown out they just left.

Its all pretty fishy.

If we assumed nothing was fishy going on, and they were just scanning ballots but they told people to leave, that is a violation regardless if they were rigged ballots or not.

It all seems pretty fucking shady. On 4 chan these ladies are already getting doxxed pretty hard, facebooks, addresses, live streams they've done.

This whole fucking thing is a fucking mess, rife with innumerable abilities to cheat.

Our election system is a fraud.

Note: Georgia law does NOT require outside observers to be present during counting. Georgia law does require Election supervisors to be present during count. Don't know if those people are supervisors.

Storing them under a table until everybody left and lying about being finished for the night?

Jweik1984 2 points ago +2 / -0

The response is that they were already processed ballots and they were being "checked." Also in GA, apparently you don't need a representative from both sides present. If that is true, the law needs changed asap.

That is true. No outside witnesses required as per Georgia Law. But Election Supervisor must be present during count. We need to and out if a Supervisor was present. If no supervisor, votes get thrown out.

Let's assume that is true. But is it normal to store ballots in suitcases?

Don't kill the messenger, that is just what I've read tonight. I 100% think it is fraud.

1
PresidentErectHunter [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

I am just trying to understand the procedure. Is it acceptable to store ballots in suitcases?... Other witnesses said ballots arrived in garbage cans, etc.

Don't know what the laws are regarding storage and delivery of ballots.

1
TheOutlawPepeWales 1 point ago +1 / -0

Oh yeah, it's perfectly normal to open ballots and then hide them under a table for counting after the witnesses are dismissed. If you only have two hours to cheat who wants to waste time fiddling with envelopes?

There is a video floating around of Rachel.Maddow talking to someone about people leaving and some folks staying back. Maddow accidentally even says the future of the country is in the hands of 5 people before correcting to 100 people. It was posted on TD not long ago.

Maddow accidentally even says the future of the country is in the hands of 5 people before correcting to 100 people.

What does Madcow mean "100 people"? Which 100 people?

2
TylerD 2 points ago +2 / -0

She was talking to an election official who said many people left and only handful were remaining. But Maddow says 5 and blinks like crazy like she was not supposed to say that and then says the 100 people counting votes.
