New fact check claims there were only 10,000 ballets counted between 8pm and 1 am. Previous fact check claims 30,000 left to be counted for the night at 7pm. Where did the 20,000 ballots go?

They obviously did 20,000 ballots between 7-8 and rhen it took them 3 hours to finish off the last 10,000 all perfectly normal for election month, nothing to see herr move along!!!
