We all know how this will go down. She will say the other lady told her those are the ballots to be counted. Then we ask the other lady and she says someone from county dropped these off earlier. They will say we just count ballots and have no idea where they come from. not our job.
I'm sure you are right about that but it still doesn't change the fact that there were no election observers there and they were told to go home because of a backed up toilet. Personally, by the looks of it, I think good ole Ruby was probably responsible for backing up the toilet too.
