This is actually bad news. If that lady really is a supervisor, it is legal to count ballots. So that solves 1/2 of the problem in the video. The ballots hidden on the floor already open REALLY need to be explained though. Which, they can't.
Again. In GA, a watcher and/or representative is NOT required to process ballots. A poll supervisor is required. The daughter is the supervisor. I'm referring to the 4 females in the one room. When the 1 female is by herself and on the phone with ballots on her, we can't tell that a supervisor is present or not.
