I agree. When your worst punishment is 25 years in prison for murder and parole after max 5 years (Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden) then you practically encourage murder.
Especially because Muslims in jail in Europe run the jail. It's like being in a hotel for them. Not only are they allowed to continue practice their death cult; they are allowed to actively concert and radicalize other prisoners. All on taxpayers money.

The punishment of being imprisoned is terrifying for normal people. But for terrorist members of a cult it's probably not a punishment at all. It's paid vacation. They don't have to work, they spend the whole day praying, meditating, reading, and converting others.
I think they should be broken, humiliated. For minor offenses they should be flogged as a boy. For major offenses i say flog them u til the point of collapse then hang them
