Is this related to the EU's actions against the US death penalty? Apparently the EU is at present the only source for some of the drugs used in lethal injection, and they are refusing to sell those drugs in an effort to prevent executions by lethal injection at least.

But very messy! But I’m not picky about the execution part, I do feel I deserve to inflict a little harmful torture first!
I am lenient on punishment for out of state voters illegally voting. Just cutting off both hands is appropriate.

I don't think so. The article mentioned they deliberately put off buying the required drugs to make this more necessary
