I feel bad saying this, but they needed someone dumb enough that they could be controlled and discarded if things went sideways. This woman is painfully stupid with the perfect job. I would say it’s theoretically possible to make the argument that she acted alone except for the fact they shut down the count. The key piece of information is who gave her the direction to shut down the count. Those people are probably smart enough to use burner phones, even if she didn’t. A dumb little nobody isn’t brazen enough to shut down a state independently, and certainly not simultaneously with 4 other states. And there’s no doubt anymore, this lady is dumb as a rock.
