Agreed! For all anyone knows, she could have been completing, changing, discarding ballots. The very process they instituted is corrupt. Especially if she was able to see the ballot itself (as opposed to just the envelope) and do anything with it. It would be helpful to understand exactly what their process was supposed to be and compare that to what is spelled out in the law.
