The only reason is if the fraud is so extreme that the votes are considered to be irredeemably tainted (and are then ALL thrown out). This would then put the results of the election into the hands of the state legislatures... and I don't trust politicians.
Fortunately President Trump has a lot of evidence and confessions that are not yet public, so all of that is his "trump" card to make sure things turn out well no matter what happens.

I'm not really down with new elections. There are people who would come vote for Biden out of pure spite now, who didn't they off their asses before. Why would there be a revote? Fraud is undeniable, and cheaters are disqualified. It's not our job to prove anything to the subhuman and mentally ill part of the population.
