[Fulton elections head Richard Barron] said they will stop scanning ballots at 10:30 p.m. and pick it up back in the morning. No official could explain before press time why Fulton was stopping its count of absentee ballots at that time, only saying that was the procedure.
“There was a pipe that burst in the room where we actually had ballots, thank goodness that none of those ballots were damaged,” Dwight Brower, with Fulton County elections, told the elections board Tuesday night.
As of 5 p.m., Fulton had scanned 86,191 of the 130,517 absentee-by-mail ballots received, which doesn’t include the ballots received in today’s mail, [Ralph] Jones said. [ Ralph Jones, a top Fulton elections manager]
Fulton County Reports 146,994 absentee mail-in ballots (which could be dropped off in drop-boxes). They're reporting that 16,477 were received on Nov 3. However, in the two weeks leading up to the election they received only 2500 - 3000 per day.

I feel anyone screaming “NO EVIDENCE!” and "Fact Check!" is trying to gaslight the public. Per testimony yesterday it is 14hrs long. They saw it when the rest of the world saw it, and Ruby didn't kill herself.
