24k counts of forgery, election fraud, and conspiracy.

At 1 day per count, that's like 65 years.

Also, suppose researching names/addresses, manufacturing, transporting and delivering those fake ballots took 10 minutes each.

10 minutes x 24K documents is 240k minutes, or 4,000 hours, or 100 people working a 40 hour week.

Either a HUGE endeavor, or mechanically printed ballots. Easy to identify if you can get within 10 feet.
