Pitney bowes machine is what puts on metered dated stamps. You can also use meter tape to put dated postage on a label to slap on mail or packages.
Now you can also run thousands upon thousands of these metered dated stamps on November 1 and set them aside and wait until you get fake mail in ballots and slap on that metered dated November 1 sticker.
