That USB drive probably had copies of the ballot on it. One of the dominion workers said that was the biggest weakness in the voting system, that the USBs with copies of blank ballots were being passed around and anyone could get ahold one and print as many as they want. I'm not so sure this case of fraud goes any/much higher than this group of clowns. I think they did this on their own. The braided girl works at the elections office in the voter registration department so it was easy for her to get the USB drive or copy a blank ballot onto one.
