Richards 9 year old adopted son was removed from his custody by child protection services after he was charged with 2nd degree child abuse.

He was also sued by his Survivor castmate for sexual harassment, because not only would he expose his genitals to the whole crew, he rubbed himself , naked up against his cast mate.
