One of the scanners was reset to zero, they had to rescan the ballots on other scanners
they borrowed scanners from dekalb county (they were zeroed out). Dekalb is full of fraud [not in video]. icc14 machines were used. No one sure why zeroed-not even dominion.

Barron now claims leak was in morning-looked like it was raining. Rick claims he hasn't seen video. Also claims to have video of leak.
Barron also talks about a windows sql crash, and consulted with dominion (a nadeen) about trying to recover and fix it. They continued scanning, to add the recovered data or rescan old. Blames technician for not backing up before log out, crash occurred when he tried to log in. (smells fishy)

700 provisional ballots disappeared since last recount. provisional ballots likely put in wrong bucket during previous counts.
