Write letters? Protest in DC?? Have multiple cases reach the scotus level at once?? I refuse to believe one man can stop Trumps efforts? How is there not a fail safe against a rogue Chief Justice? Someone please help me understand

SCOTUS has the policy called the “rule of four” where you only need 4 justices to agree to hear a case. This was done to prevent the majority faction from controlling the court’s docket. It’d require multiple conservative justices to defect in order for our cases to not be heard

I agree with you that state level supreme should adopt similar policies. Haven’t heard if SCOTUS has decided one way or another to hear the PA case.
If legislatures are poised to act, I would think the Biden team would begging the SC to hear it? Speculation.
I would be more worried about Roberts siding the with the majority and watering down the opinion as damage control.
Nothing you can do but accept you are getting screwed.
If they "insert" Biden, that is unwanted penetration or in other words, RAPE, do I have a case? 🤔
