If Robert’s won’t hear a case what can we do to stop him?

Write letters? Protest in DC?? Have multiple cases reach the scotus level at once?? I refuse to believe one man can stop Trumps efforts? How is there not a fail safe against a rogue Chief Justice? Someone please help me understand

I agree with you that state level supreme should adopt similar policies. Haven’t heard if SCOTUS has decided one way or another to hear the PA case.
