Inserting fraud ballots is easy - you produce offsite and insert quickly.
Counting fraud ballots is no different than other ballots - do that in plain sight.
But what if you had to REMOVE Trump ballots - that takes time, has to be done with official ballots, and is obvious. That is what you do late at night, or in lunchrooms, etc.
What if the late night panic was because they realized (in many states) that they had to remove Trump ballots to prevent districts from going over 100% turnout. This was because Trump turnout was so high.
The software hack just made it appear OK, but was limited by turnout limits. Their plan was to let the software tell them how many Biden ballots to insert, (just in case of an audit or hand recount) but adding was not enough - they had to delete Trump ballots to make the paper match the computer.
I can 't tell what they are doing at those back tables. Maybe just filtering for counting later.
