First of all, your Georgia video tape is useless. From that distance, you have no way of telling what's really going on. Maybe it's fraud, maybe it's normal polling practice. We will never know for sure.
And second of all, there were observers from both major parties in the vote counting facilities all over the country. From the epidemiologically safe distance of six feet or more, they were able to monitor everything; had any fraud taken place, they would have noticed and reported it immediately.
