The ability to think outside the box is useful and has provided some crazy predictions. He also flip flops and minces words after the fact to hedge, and even changes odds in real time. Just another data point.

The only basis for this to be fake news would be if the video was manipulated or if the actions depicted in it were misinterpreted. Nobody has suggested the video wasn’t legit, so the innocent explanation for toting ballots around in suitcases is what?!?!?
If they have cutters that are responsible for doing the validation (which requires the envelope)., separating ballots from envelopes, and then those votes are counted at a different time without observers, the system is fucking retarded. His whole premise is predicated on the fact there are cutters who only separate the ballots from the envelopes. If that is not the case, he has no argument. If it is, he does.

Saying observers were envelope cutters, I understand they were observers and signed affidavits to the fact. Are they cutters, or observers? If there are people who separate ballots (cutters) from envelopes, and they count them later, how is the signature validation done? Do you verify and then count later? Not sure what the legality of that is. It would not make sense to not have observers when the ballots are counted. Easy enough to verify.
