The President's power to pardon is PLENARY. It is unalterable and not subject to review.

If Sullivan tries this, he will be lucky to escape execution for treason or sedition. (Judicial immunity is a legal doctrine, i.e. judges pulled it out of their ass years ago; it only applies to things done in the legitimate functions as a judge; and by definition, something Unconstitutional cannot be part of legitimate judicial functions.)

That's what I think as well. Just as impeachments are not subject to judicial review (confirmed by the Supreme Court itself), I don't think pardons are subject to it either.
