What a bunch of losers lol. Now judges can tell presidents what and who to pardon? I don't think so

Exactly

IMMORTAN_TRUMP 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yeah this is a laughable joke. The president power to pardon is ABSOLUTE.

They already have.

Maybe the most ironic and poetic part of Trump's entire presidency thus far has been his absolutely uncanny ability to take the powers that the uniparty gave the presidency (thinking they'd always control it) and use it against them in such a manner that it double-binds them in a lose-lose situation. Either they acknowledge Trump has the legitimate and rightful power as president (they just hate that THEY don't have it), or they try (and fail) to vote that power away, but even it "succeeded" it would still further conservative wishes to decrease the power of centralized government.

Yeah he's going to "find" it but in a fake court that doesn't exist but the shadow government will step in and arrest him anyway.

Obviously. It’s literally outside of ANY judge’s power to challenge a Presidential pardon.

There’s no do-overs or take-backsies.

Flynn is pardoned now, in the future, forever.

These activist fuckhead judges need to be impeached.

Right, because a circuit court judge has authority to overrule a Presidential Pardon. Got it. Just like Barr announcing Durham's increased scope was to block declass.

1
HatnNewLognReqs 1 point ago +1 / -0

sorry, what is this about increased scope and blocking declass?

4
-EricCiaramella- 4 points ago +4 / -0

Barr announced that he had appointed Durham to special counsel overseeing the investigation of the 2016 election. Everyone was crying that it meant any evidentiary material would not be able to be declassified due to ongoing investigations, but President Trump is THE final word on declass, the end.

1
HatnNewLognReqs 1 point ago +1 / -0

Ah thanks, I missed the argument that you cant declassified stuff in an ongoing investigation.

But yeah, did executive power magically change when Trump took office?

3
-EricCiaramella- 3 points ago +3 / -0

MSM and the left would like you to think so! It's framed as abuse of power by the media, so the general population believes that.

If we had a good AG (not deep state) could judge Sullivan be removed and prosecuted? Nothing ever happens to these corrupt judges.

1
spezisacuckold 1 point ago +1 / -0

Don't worry! Billy Bagpipes took a cursory glance over his mountain of KFC chicken buckets and is calling this a conclusive investigation that found no wrongdoing. Nothing to see here!

Are they begging for a bloody revolution because that's what they are going to get?

A lot of chest thumping from a bunch of spineless cucks is all I see. They are about to be introduced to reality, and reality will stomp their heads in with pride.

1

Can't tell if you are talking about the deep state or us.

11
Alpha_Lemming 11 points ago +11 / -0

Uh, there is no limit to a presidential pardon other than the linear nature of time.

I'd be interested in hearing the Judge's statement. "Too broad" in a legal context indicates a law, Constitutional limitation, or legal precedent has established a boundary.

If the Judge cannot cite as such, declaring what line was crossed on the way to "too broad" then he is acting as a Legislator, not a Judge.

The power of the pardon is absolute, how can it be too broad?

5
donotclickjim 5 points ago +5 / -0

Good. This should just reinforce to President Trump there is no turning back now. This shows they will never stop until you are destroyed. Trump "pardoning" himself (for what I don't know) won't matter as they'll pursue charges anyway. If justice isn't served Trump will have no choice but to cross the rubicon.

And replace the oxygen with lead.

3
tremendous_trump2020 3 points ago +3 / -0

Then Trump can just pardon him again with different language.

2
spezisacuckold 2 points ago +2 / -0

Fuck that. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the pardon. Fuck off with capitulation. The Democrats get NOTHING.

3
sustainable_saltmine 3 points ago +3 / -0

a pardon is a pardon, Judge. You CAN'T undo it. No one can

3
obamagavemeaphone 3 points ago +3 / -0

🤣🤣🤣

You can't overturn a presidential pardon.

MSM has shit in its drawers and is flinging everything they have. So sad.

There is no limit to the president’s power to pardon for alleged federal crimes. Source - the fucking US Constitution

Maybe if some of these activist judges started having accidents happen to them this bullshit would end

Arrest this judge already

1
Choppermagic 1 point ago +1 / -0

Too broad in it's language? ha ha ha That's the opposite of a complaint.

Trump won the election. He should fire Wray immediately and appoint Flynn Acting FBI Director to clean house. Let's see Sullivan try to railroad a guy with the power of the FBI to investigate him back.

There is no broadness limit to a presidential pardon. The constitution sets no such limit except that the pardon applied to the past, not the future.
