New party should have the power to vote them out with "no confidence" votes once per quarter or twice per year.
Public broadcast of no-confidence trials for RINO's to defend themselves, restore a "confidence" vote.
Those with no-confidence status will be denied any party matching funds or leadership positions, committee positions.
New party legislation will be created that makes it a violation of party membership rules if reasonable evidence of corruption is found against a senator or representative with family profiteering via private or foreign money related to any legislation or policies by the elected official. That same policy will be pushed by the party to become law as well, applicable to all elected federally elected officials.
I stand with Lynn Wood. If we can't get Republicans to stop the steal RIGHT NOW, there is no point in continuing with them next year or at any point thereafter, as they will have already figured out they can rig every election with impunity as the Washington Generals to the Dem Harlem Globetrotters. Arguing about losing a majority is now pointless without arrests and massive election reform.
A new party, with all of us joining it and stopping votes for R, will be hard for them to steal. Can they still do it? Certainly, but if we win all the local state legislature positions, we can take back the elections legally by taking control of them.
The state legislature controlled by a Lion Party, with Lion Party MAGA cash flows to hire lawyer teams and investigators, will take back the elections.
I said it in other areas of this post. We can form the party, and do specific things to prove our vote like private block chain based, opt-in vote recording. With our draining all support from the R's up to 80% (if I believe MAGA representation makeup), we can all vote and then take our party numbers to court and PROVE who we voted for. The LION Party will specifically be created to replace the R party, and any judge that looks at it will have a much harder time defending a fraudulent election.
The alternative is we continue the battered wife syndrome relationship.

Again, no one says it's easy, or a slam dunk, but as Trump has said, nothing great ever came easy or was a sure thing. I personally think it could happen over night in political years, get a party formed in a year, get the agreement swing to do it in a month, as quick as we swap phone apps. People would have to register in the new party, a physical swapping of the registrar probably take the country over 6 months I guess?
Once we take the state legislation back, we own the elections, can male them fair. The battle will be hard, but it's the only non-bloodshed path if this fraud stands. It is probably the only non-bloodshed path if Trump wins tbph, because he will not get the state R party to clean this up even if he wins, and he won't get the an AG confirmed by a R senate that will arrest people, so...
If we as a party agree to securely record our votes with block-chain or other tech, we can wall right into SCOTUS and provide evidence that the UniParty controlled election was falsified.
Combine this with 90% of former R small donor money and based billionaire money feeding legal teams to be ready, gather cheat evidence, and we take it back.
Think about the odds of us winning the revolutionary war. Loser doomers who could not imagine victory, gave up before they even started. The fighters filed a Declaration of Independence with nothing but a vague plan of how to win. And they won.
