Go to 9:40. Zoom in and FOCUS on the PURPLE SHIRT lady when she gets to the scan desk.
First the blond dreads (her daughter, the supervisor) brings the case to her table and places the stacks of ballots on the table.
She takes SAME stack of ballots and scans them THREE times in a row through the ballot scanner. You can see the ballots getting fed through the machine. Same stack gets manually hand straightened each time and then placed in scanner. Focus on the ballots popping up on the scanner.
THAT'S THE FRAUD.
Separately I agree there was probably a lookout outside. Get their phones and see who was communicating with them. Recall there were multiple states that stopped the counting. Go a level up. Was this coordinated and WHO is giving instructions?

I understand mixing in bullshit ballots because those wouldn't be caught in a simple recount. But why run the same ballots multiple times? That would be caught in a recount, no? Desperation?
Maybe thats why the guy crumpled the ballot did it. Follow me here:

Just an educated guess, but the machine was always ahead of the actual ballots. The MACHINE would first add, say, "20,000" new votes for Biden, and then the actual paper ballots were provided later to equal the total that the machine ended up on. So I think the plan was to simply scan paper ballots to match what the algorithm landed on, and then come in after the fact with phony ballots to match the final count.
In other words, the voting machine and the algorithm decided how many fake paper ballots to provide later, not the other way around.
Thanks yeah that's what I just started thinking too. They had to hit x number and to do so, ran what they had multiple times. Made up fake bullshit ballots in the weeks after to "support" the count since then
Exactly. And that's supported by witnesses in Sidney Powell's lawsuit. The machine always keeps the winning candidate just a LITTLE ahead, so you never know how many phony ballots you'll need to provide until afterwards.
Because that's the only way they could know how many they needed to scan. Boom.

They needed more fraudulent votes than they had planned for.
