A closer look at Fulton County shows about 211,000 absentee ballots were mailed out. Richard Barron, the county elections chief, said as of Oct. 21, approximately 96,000 absentee ballots have been returned and processed.
So, 96,000 absentee ballots were returned by Oct 21.
And, 130,517 absentee ballots were returned by Nov 2.
That's an average of 2,833 absentee ballots per day returned between those dates. And yet, there were 16,477 absentee ballots returned ON election day?
Nah, they sent out 211,000 ballots. They had 146,994 returned. The 96,000 number is from Oct 21. I was just illustrating that it's extremely unlikely that 16,000+ ballots were received on November 3.
