Of course they did. Did you watch the zoom meeting? It was laughable. Won't matter. GA republicans are definitely going to appoint their own electors. PA has already shown they're leaning in that direction. Trump only needs one more state.

UPDATE: It has now come out that PA won't be appointing electors. We need to make sure GA and AZ don't follow suit: https://thedonald.win/p/11QlFicesI/ga-and-az-will-follow-pa--unless/

Did you watch the zoom meeting? It was laughable

Yes. Watched. To give credit where credit is due, two board members (Wingate and Dr Ruth) voted NO.

Another member, after the vote, started to recant and felt very uncomfortable (didn't get her name), but the chair --some old Karen-- pushed it pressure on her to get down to the office to sign off.

And, the worse part, the guy that was advising them on the counts and the video... claimed he HADN'T SEEN THE VIDEO; he referred to where the ballots were being stored as part of the "normal workstation" (while the "workstations" were 20-30 feet away from where these cases were stored).

52
Anon6992374 52 points ago +52 / -0

Hence laughable.

But yes, completely agree that credit is due to the 2 that voted no.

My guess is they know the goons were coming for them or they would die in a mysterious house fire if they stuck their neck out. Everybody is going to try to kick this can down the road.....everybody. Trump's effort to bring darkness to light is one of his greatest achievements.

Then for their own sakes and the future of their families, they have to hold the line.

43

Would Wisconsin be one of the states needed?

57
Anon6992374 57 points ago +57 / -0

Literally ANY state. GA + PA puts POTUS at 268 votes.

If he gets WI, NV, AZ, VA, MI or anything else, he wins.

Edit for clarification: Any other currently-democrat state is needed.

44
Sanctii 44 points ago +44 / -0

And those states dont need to flip to Trump, they just need to not give their electoral votes to anyone.

35
Anon6992374 35 points ago +36 / -1

Well, if they withhold or Pence is going to remove ALL electoral votes from those states, we will need more than one more state, because that only removes votes for Biden, without flipping them to Trump.

In case that's not clear: Trump would have to BLOCK 75 Biden votes to win OR FLIP 37 Biden votes. So flipping would be much easier.

EDIT: I was mistaken -- this is not correct. Blocking 37 Biden votes would be enough to send it to congress.

25
Sanctii 25 points ago +25 / -0

It is clear though. If a winner isnt determined by the EC, then Congress chooses President. And it is by whoever has the majority in states, which Trump has easily. Also, you have to vote down party lines, the Constitution doesnt even allow you to flip.

12
Forty_Five 12 points ago +12 / -0

Also, you have to vote down party lines, the Constitution doesnt even allow you to flip.

1st time hearing this. If true that's definitely reassuring.

9
eagle123 9 points ago +10 / -1

Where did you hear that about the Constitution?

7
CokeOrPepe 7 points ago +7 / -0

Article 12: "....But in choosing the President, the votes shall be taken by states, the representation from each state having one vote; "

6
uzi5v2 6 points ago +6 / -0

I didn’t know about that part where the constitution doesn’t allow you to flip. That was my single biggest fear! Holy shit we got this!!!!

10
Whitemarlin 10 points ago +10 / -0

No he doesn’t need to block that much. You must receive 270 to win or it goes to congress. If no one receives 270, it doesn’t go to whoever has most

9
Anon6992374 9 points ago +10 / -1

So you're saying if he can block just enough to get Biden under 270 it goes to congress?

11
Whitemarlin 11 points ago +11 / -0

Yes

4
HatnNewLognReqs 4 points ago +4 / -0

How does pence remove electoral votes from any state? First time I've heard this

7
Anon6992374 7 points ago +8 / -1

It was touched upon in the GA hearing yesterday, but here are some more details: https://lawecommons.luc.edu/cgi/viewcontent.cgi?article=2719&context=luclj

19
America_No_1 19 points ago +19 / -0

Michigan looked like a lost cause after watching their hearing. I have an autistic relative that could do circles around their intelligence.

10
Anon6992374 10 points ago +11 / -1

Yeah, it wasn't great, but I think it helped the cause overall. The democrat reps were completely out of line and embarrassed themselves in front of the country.

We'll see what happens with MI. Bad news about PA though :(

IT DOESN"T DO SHIT, IF ONLY WE WATCH! The media hasn't covered anything. We are in a little windowless room in a galaxy full of bright objects. If Trump declares martial law as he should, the media will claim its a coup. This is a shit show from start to finish!

2
Anon6992374 2 points ago +3 / -1

Agreed. Give other states a reason to not want to follow PA's decision.

12
iamherefortheluls 12 points ago +13 / -1

PA seems to be a no-go.

GOP at state level there are currently publicly being cucks.

https://www.inquirer.com/news/pennsylvania-election-results-trump-general-assembly-supreme-court-mike-kelly-20201204.html

“The General Assembly lacks the authority to take action to overturn the popular vote and appoint our own slate of presidential electors,” it read. “While we clearly recognize the need for legislative action to address the issues presented by the 2020 General Election, some of the actions requested by our residents would require us to disregard the statutes and Constitution we have fought so hard to protect.”

translation - our State constitution and laws we made and oversaw, we consider more binding than that pesky US Constitution

9
Anon6992374 9 points ago +10 / -1

Yeah, not great news. Especially since it's very likely to influence GA and AZ to act the same way. UNLESS WE GIVE THEM A REASON NOT TO

6
You_Aint_Black 6 points ago +6 / -0

We NEED PA, though. Why did you first say they are going in the direction of appointing Trump electors?

5
Anon6992374 5 points ago +7 / -2

Because I posted it before the article came out (or before I saw it come out). They seemed to be leaning that direction based on their requests to SCOTUS this week, and Alito's response.

See Guiliani's tweet, they mislead a lot of people.

5
Anon6992374 5 points ago +7 / -2

So the reason this is still plausible, is because Constitutionally, PA didn't need both houses to bass any bill. The state senate has the authority to appoint their own electors, so they would just need a senate majority.

It is uncharted territory, certainly, but it's not without its legal merits.

Did you happen to catch the GA hearing yesterday? A good portion of it was explained the by legal professor witness.

Trump said yesterday he's giving Barr "a few weeks" before he decides what he's going to do. There's time. Even after the electors vote. Trump knows if/when he'll have to cross the rubicon.

24
Isolated_Patriot 24 points ago +25 / -1

Trump said yesterday he's giving Barr "a few weeks" before he decides what he's going to do

Uh, what? Unless you've got a completely different source, that is NOT what was said at all.

When asked whether or not he trusted Barr he said ask me again in a few weeks. That in no way says that he doesn't know or that he hasn't decided something, that just as easily means that Barr is going to do something in the next few weeks that makes the answer to the question obvious.

15
donotclickjim 15 points ago +15 / -0

Agreed. Trump is letting things play out. Barr may drop the hammer on all this or does nothing and reveals his true colors and Trump has no choice but to cross the rubicon.

3
LiberalismIsTheVirus 3 points ago +3 / -0

You say true colors, but even if he does decide to go after the fraud it doesn't mean he was always on our side. He may very well do it save face considering how bad it's looking for the dems.

5
donotclickjim 5 points ago +5 / -0

That's fine. Trump can deal with Barr in his 2nd term after he sees what Durham does.

3
NoahGav 3 points ago +3 / -0

I don't care if he does it to save face or because he is actually on our side.

2
LiberalismIsTheVirus 2 points ago +2 / -0

You should since it is the difference between the swamp remaining or being drained. Also, if he's doing it to save face he probably goes easier on them as well. We want him on our side but only time will tell.

2
NoahGav 2 points ago +2 / -0

This is what I meant. If he drops the hammer and Trump ends up getting his second term because of it I don't care if he did it to save face or because he is on our side. I'm sure Trump knows if Barr is with or against us and if he is against us Trump will get rid of him in his 2nd term.

We're in a war, it's just most people don't see it, yet. This period time which we find ourselves in is the tipping point.

Laughable, and also infuriating. Military tribunals for the LOT of them!

Also, fun fact, the Vice President has the legal option to ignore legislators from states which have suspicion of fraudulent elections. At this point, Mike Pence can absolutely just ignore these twats.
