I watched this on somebitchiknow's channel. Not only was the whole clip odd, but the dude coming up is out of place as hell. I don't know has handed off, or why it would need to change hands twice, but it's clearly being concealed for a reason.

Since when is any of that behavior considered normal tabulation behavior?
Why would they be passing anything to each other without Covid-19 cleaning policies first?
Why would any observer let a mother daughter work in same location, let alone sit next to each other?
