Depends on what you mean by "contested." What I was reading was saying, yes if a state's governer sends one set of "certified" votes from their electors and the Legislature sends another set of "certified" votes from the electors that they picked... then he can block all votes form that state.

Since we are thrashing the GOP here in Chatham, they have a volunteer that’s a WWII vet. When I was helped them, the dude was answering the phone. He could t hear or answer the people crying and upset about the election fraud. He just hung up on them.
I shouted out he needs to be off the phones. He was harming the GOP. Most people gave him a pass for being a WWII veteran and paying many of the bills there.
I would t mind helping but I refuse to work like that. Use him elsewhere and have competent people on the phone.
