You probably can't. I've just taken the "I'll let the courts handle approach" with my lefty friends. Learned from russia gate that even if they end up being wrong they'll act like they found more evidence than the Mueller team. The same mentality will be used with all this stuff.
Yes it is. Statements taken under oath are affidavits which are evidence.
Imagine a room full of people. One bad guy in the room kills someone with his bare hands. Bad guy is arrested and everyone in the room that saw it gives a statement and signs an affidavit. Bad guy goes to court, affidavits are read, bad guy goes to jail. Not a single witness needs to step into the courtroom.

I would tell them the Senate runoff is rigged in favor of the GOP, because that was part of the deal. Then wait. If it happens, they may in fact start to suspect you were right. I assume they are counting on a Biden Presidency. Without the Senate they might feel good, but Biden wont be able to pass gas on his own.
