It is why I have been screaming on this board about how Barnes is the man to listen to. He knows constitutional law better than most any other lawyer in this country. He also is clear that the certification of the election is just the starting point of the fight. Then The state legislatures come into play and then the House and Senate in which the VP has the power to deny the election.
People tend to not want to listen to him because he mentions what happens if Trump loses. If people would listen he then goes on to say Trump could actually become more powerful and then win again in four years. However he still wants to fight for the win now.
This might explain why Pence is laying low. Needs to stay out of this for optics. But he could be the one to turn the trick!!
