The phone rang around 8:45 a.m. Saturday, interrupting Sean Middleton’s Bible study in Doylestown. A Trump campaign staffer told the director of sales they were surveying areas along the I-95 corridor, asking if the company would be willing to host a news conference.
So Middleton drove to Philadelphia to meet Siravo’s son, Michael — the company’s operations manager — and Trump campaign staff at the landscaping office.
After about 10 minutes, Middleton said the Trump staff decided Four Seasons Total Landscaping was the place. By 9:45 a.m., the deal was sealed.
This was no mistake. They went to the Four Seasons Landscaping office before committing to the press conference there.

We know from the Philly Inquirer article that choosing Four Seasons Landscaping was not a mistake. The Trump Campaign chose that place specifically and showed up there to talk to the owners before confirming that they would use that location.
We know, according to sworn affidavits in PA, that a poll watcher (former Navy Officer, self-described expert in security and fraud**) saw 60,000 - 70,000 UNOPENED mail-in ballots in boxes in a sequestered room in Delaware County's centralized county location (took him 5 hours to get into main county room, and he says 3 days to get a court order to see into sequestered back rooms, but they still weren't allowed to enter). His affidavit says he saw those UNOPENED ballots on Thursday, Nov 5 at 3:30pm. This is AFTER the vote was already counted. He then says (in presser -- not under oath):
They remain unaccounted for. We don't know where they are.
He had been coming back and observing there since election night and clearly had his suspicions. I believe with his background as a veteran and security expert taht it's likely he waited and watched. I believe he followed the people who disposed of those 60,000-70,000 UNOPENED mail-in ballots. I believe he saw them drive down I-95 to the crematory across from Four Seasons Landscaping. I believe he saw them burn those ballots.
** He also described how he saw a supervisor come in with 47 USBs and stick them into the counting machines and how Biden's vote went up by 50,000 votes at the end.
Additionally....this matches up with the truck driver's testimony (the one who says he delivered 200,000 mail-in ballots that then disappeared).
My theory has been that they had all of these ballots in these centralized counting locations ready to add to the count IFF they needed them. They had many extras just in case. In Detroit, they had to bring in more overnight. In Fulton County (Atlanta), they were hiding under the table and counted at night. I believe that's how it was done in all of these locations.

Either way now that I know the location of the presser was definitely not a mix-up, combined with the "4 seasons are patriot's" tweet, the cremating of ballots rumor seems a lot more credible now.
