TLDW:

Scott gives legitimate counter-arguments that lawyers will use. He says it's suspicious, but it's not full-proof. It comes down to a few points:

  • The "witnesses were sent home" could have been a miscommunication over ballot cutters (removing the ballots from envelopes) being done, while counters were not.
  • The actions in the video aren't completely out of the ordinary. In particular, the people in the video may just be scanning ballots as normal; they didn't know who put ballots there - they just saw stacks of ballots and ran them.
  • It's possible that the ballots could have even been placed there legitimately, but the ballots themselves were fraudulent from harvesting, etc.

At minimum, the batch of ballots that they scanned should be further analyzed.
