Why does everyone insist on Tesla being the company he is known for? Tesla is barely relevant compared to how important SpaceX is.
Tesla is markets and sells products direct to consumers, so it draws far more attention from the general public. Additionally, it is publicly traded so it draws investor interest as well.
CA real estate is about to pop. If you own property in CA you might want to consider it, too.

it is a personal goal, for me, to meet him in person. This just brings that goal closer to reality. Also, I live within an hour of his new facility. Maybe he’ll move close to me and I’ll see him at the local HEB.

No official word but, if I were to guess, it would be Lakeway. Either that or he will buy a huge plot East (away from Austin) of the new Tesla plant and build his own compound.
