Though shots are supposed to be reported to the CDC, we all no how incompetent the govt can be; so I think having this 'proof' as receiving the vax, you may be able to get the CDC to update...
Of course this is a "back pocket" plan.
Just make sure to do the research in the area of where the tax is available and the doctors there... or if you have a norm friend with a real card, just use that as a template to fill it out.
