Is this "code" they reference part of legislative law or an enforcement code set by the Secretary of State/Governor? SCOTUS has upheld that a state must comply with their own election laws and constitution when conducting election. If this "code" that states they must not apply for mail-in ballots was set by legislative law I believe this case will be strong. If, however, it was just an enforcement code I don't know that it will stand, as the Supreme Court has already ruled in the recent Wisconsin case that only the legislature has the right to regulate election law.

Each State might have different issues. Georgia might go down with suitcase fraud. But that type of fraud may not apply to Pennsylvania.

They may not know which ballots are fraudulent. In Philly they explicitly mixed all the phony ballots in with the others. They either win via cheating, or they get the whole election nullified. As an Ohio fren, I'm sorry they have perverted your guys' elections so bad. I think Ohio had some fraud to, because i would of expected trumps victory to be 10-15%, but we still got the results we needed.
In Cuyahoga county, i put my ballot in a scanner so I'm not sure how it actually was counted.
The really righteous thing that Ohio did was clean up their list of eligible voters. I know FOR A FACT (because I checked the regularly) that dead people and people who moved out of state were on that list for YEARS. It’s insane, irresponsible, and unpatriotic for election officers in any state to neglect their list of registered voters. The corruption in Ohio has gone on for over a hundred years, esp in Cuyahoga County. I know that to be the case. My husband’s grandfather was Sheriff there in the1920s, and there are plenty of family stories about his Democrat party antics. So seeing that the latest list seemed to contain truly qualified voters was a happy moment for us!

Is this "code" they reference part of legislative law or an enforcement code set by the Secretary of State/Governor? SCOTUS has upheld that a state must comply with their own election laws and constitution when conducting election. If this "code" that states they must not apply for mail-in ballots was set by legislative law I believe this case will be strong. If, however, it was just an enforcement code I don't know that it will stand, as the Supreme Court has already ruled in the recent Wisconsin case that only the legislature has the right to regulate election law.

Georgia certified the recount right after this lawsuit was filed, presumably to render the lawsuit moot as the lawsuit was seeking to prevent certification. Expect another lawsuit.
