The first lady in yellow at the second table runs the same ballots through the machine 3 times.

Just to double check, I watched the entire section of the video to make sure we weren't misinterpreting her behavior. What she does the end of the video is what she's supposed to do after the first batch have been run. Putting them with their envelopes, marking them as counted and then setting them back on the table to be moved to storage.
