PA Congress is not taking the electoral votes back. The governor said the election was free and fair and to move on

My understanding is the only way for a special legislative session to be called in December for PA is if the Governor calls it? If that's true there is not a chance in hell that session will be called given the fact that Governor Wolf is a Democrat and has repeatedly stated there is "no evidence" of election fraud. I'm not sure if there are any additional moves that can be made from the legislature but the Republican leadership don't seem to be making a major effort to change things.

The PA constitution sets a hard "end of session" date at 12/1. The House session is over until new members are sworn in next year. This is the MAJOR issue PA is dealing with, don't think the Republican House does not want to return... it is just literally against the state constitution.

I think this is a MASSIVE hole in the state constitution. For 1 month every 2 years the PA House of Reps has almost no power.

Now, because the State constitution conflicts with the federal constitution I feel this will need to go to the Supreme Court, at least for PA.
