Can it still be done, even AFTER PA cucked out?
At least sue for it, they you have something to go on in January. Doesnt take a majority for that. Just sue, the legilative rules prevent you from doing constitutional duty. So if the SoS selects electors on Dec 14th, and subsequently lose the lawsuit, good chance decision of SoS is vacated.
Yep. And then Pence decides January 6th which votes to accept
Then site the law! Because each of these legislatures... in order to officially vote on anything have to be in session. That seems to me has been the catch 22 for some of these states! I know PA, GA & AZ have that issue. Not sure about the others.
How do they get around that?
Article I, Section 4, Clause 1 of the US CONSTITUTION.
FEDERAL LAW SUPERSEDES ANY STATE LAW.
They have to be in session to vote! Catch 22!
They can reconvene at any time for this matter. There is no state law that will supercede federal law
If that's true.... Then Blow up the Phones of the States speaker of the House and Senate to bring all in to the state house to vote! They have also been the road block!
