Do they tho? Given the sheer mountains of evidence of voting fraud and voter disenfranchising I think an argument could be made that it's very possible that the people that live there aren't voting for her, and she's instead in her position because of criminal activity

Yep, idiots know have plausible deniability, it might actually not be their fault and they are too dumb to even know. And all the "good" people just assumed things were fairly elected and just going to shit.
