The way I see it many Democrats and Republicans are in on this. That is why they are working so hard to ignore it.

The "recount" was a machine recount, not a hand recount. What was discovered is that the machine counted incorrectly (on purpose, of course). So the recount didn't change anything because it wasn't a real one.
Even the hand “recount” was bogus. Each bin the counters got included a sheet that had the total from election day on it. All they had to do was pretend to count but then just copy the same number tomthe recount sheet. There were supposed to have a dem and rep count together, but of course several witnesses have said they saw tables just an individual counting alone. Also, The recount didn’t even start until a week or two after the election so there was plenty of time to print more ballots and stuff them, especially now that we know at least 2 of the fraudsters worked at the election department and could have easily stuffed and resealed ballot boxes before the recount. One of the precinct managers who helped with the recount testified that she counted stacks of ballots that looked and felt different and the ovals were filled in identically as if they were machine copies.
The RINO involvement may explain some of their brazenness in this whole steal.
That plus getting Fox News onboard somehow and thinking we were all just deplorable sheep.

This broke on yesterdays Bannon Warroom. I believe it's a small county and was something like 37 votes. This was 0.26% of the vote.
Obviously though if they can prove it was done here then it can be done in other places and if they adjust the algorithm make bigger adjustments to the vote.

yes and this goes well with the previous theories that the way they were getting the votes was by switching votes from Trump to Biden in Trump heavy areas. In this case, it was only 0.26% that has been proven to have happened thru forensic analysis. It has now been proven that at least 1 machine was manipulated to swap votes. This is the key take away. It just proves that vote manipulation was not only possible, but that it occurred. To what scope, we do not know and we may never know. There have been reports that these machines are being wiped...if this happens, I will just assume they were guilty of everything and proceed accordingly. I hope the judges that are not paid off realize this and agree with me....and act accordingly.
The Colonel who has been giving evidence in front of the legislators didn’t seem that bothered about access to the machines as he said they don’t store that much. He said any evidence would be on the USB drives.
