I believe the Judge delayed his ruling until tomorrow at the same time because he wants to gather/read more evidence from both sides. I thought I read that here earlier today.
No freaking idea now other than the judge called for additional evidence to be submitted by 10 AM PT yesterday and said that he intended to decide today.
Either way, he's going to need some time to read whatever was sent.

Yup. He said that he wants more time to look over the evidence before ruling.
At least he seems interested in actually looking at the evidence, unlike most of the hack judged.
