Wolf will never waiver and call a special session for the specific intent of changing the electors. Are the legislature's hands tied or is there more that can be done at this point?

he can't

Constitution says its is the sole purview of the legislature.

He can get fucked.

PA REPUBLICAN legislature better fucking uncuck itself. This is easy. Call special session, name electors for Trump. Go home and enjoy Christmas and new years.

Instead they won't call the session and are punting to SCOTUS (daddy) to make the hard decision for them (which isn't that hard)

Ignore wolf he has no power here.

According to the Constitutional scholar in the GA hearing, the state legislature is the sole decider of how the electors are chosen. When acting in this capacity, the legislative body of the state does not need permission from any other body and can even ignore the state constitution. Basically if they had some balls they could tell the governor to go fuck himself and just get together and send Trump electors with or without any fraud investigations.

We don’t. Legislature has the constitutional power to do it themselves. I think they already said they won’t.
